<p style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">As part of the <strong>Fever Originals team</strong>, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments. <br><br></span><strong><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 18pt;">About the Role</span><br></span></strong></span></p>
<p style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">We are looking for an<strong> experienced, passionate and critical-thinking Production Team Lead to lead the production team who delivers our portfolio of “touring and recurring experiences” in the Australia & New Zealand market as well as taking ownership on some top priority projects.</strong> This person will oversee all aspects of production conducted in the region, ensuring that high-quality experiences are delivered across the board. Australia is one of Fever’s best performing markets; so this role will oversee the production of a wide variety of exciting experiences across all verticals and from around the world. </span></p>
<p style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The ideal candidate will show a talent for<strong> leadership and teamwork, flexibility, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, a close attention to detail, and meet deadlines while staying within budgets in challenging conditions</strong>. This role requires a proven track record in live event production and/or immersive experiences, with experience in the production and delivery of permanent attractions as a strong plus.</span></p>
<p style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 18pt;"><strong>You will:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Manage the Australia Production team on regional FO productions, creating a supportive team environment, and focusing on the development of team members,</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assess regional projects and assign within the team or to freelancers as needed </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support the team to manage priorities, oversee progress towards deliverables and find solutions to complex situations,</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Provide production expertise to support in the feasibility and planning stages of the pipeline development, </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Management of kit movement, trucking plans, and cross-loading between sites,</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Venue preparation: overseeing venue procurement, permits, insurance and technical validation for various site types (e.g. parks, stadiums or open fields),</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Responsibility for build costing, monitoring budgets and identifying potential cost overruns proactively,</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support Production Directors and Show Support Directors on the development of production tools and processes to streamline practices and optimize efficiency,</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain an up-to-date directory of freelancers and service providers and an active personal network of contacts within the industry,</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Communicate and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables,</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Manage multiple productions and help scale some of Fever’s biggest Original IPs against team targets, working with and adapting the Global IP standards to suit the particular needs of your region,</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support the wider originals team in the development of new events, implementing new production formats and ensuring Fever remains up to date and ahead of the curve on emerging technologies and solutions that can enhance Fever’s experiences,</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Research new vendors, technologies, experiences,</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Handle administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and working with the legal department on contracts, </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Domestic and international travel and work across time zones will be required. </span></li>
</ul>
<p style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 18pt;"><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></span></p>
<p style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You have a successful track record of production management of live or experiential events, immersive experiences, and/or permanent attractions with strong oral and written communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on your flexible, detailed, analytical mindset. You have experience, but also an ability to think from a business perspective.</span></p>
<p style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Candidates need to be passionate about the entertainment/events industry. You will have to be comfortable delivering results in an ambiguous environment and bring innovative ideas about how to create compelling experiences. </span></p>
<p style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Candidates must be proficient in:</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Permitting: Deep knowledge of local government approvals, including event permits, planning, building and signage</span></li>
<li style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Liquor Licensing: Experience navigating Australian liquor regulations, which can be complex and vary by state.</span></li>
<li style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Safety Standards: Working knowledge of BCA requirements, safety standards, and fire codes for public indoor and outdoor spaces.</span></li>
</ul>
<p style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 18pt;"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">7+ years of experience in the live event production industry </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">1-2 years of people management experience</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and pull together multiple aspects of a production in an organized and efficient way in a fast-paced environment </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Have an innovative and solution-focused mindset to identify problems and find creative solutions</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience in personnel management and team talent development</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Leadership, initiative and clear prioritization skills </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">A broad network of vendors and venues, and experience with productions issues such as permitting, rules and regulations</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">A strong understanding of technical production requirements and basic understanding of fabrication techniques</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Curious, with an appetite for learning, keen to push boundaries and try new concepts, and the ability to pick up new skills quickly</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Able to communicate with partners, brands, agencies, and talent on efforts, working collaboratively and willing to be hands-on</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience as construction manager or in construction of a theater involving the management of contractors is a plus.</span></li>
