Core Purpose: To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.</div>This role involves collaboration across multiple teams, including construction project managers, general contractors, and facilities operations. The responsibilities include providing daily project updates, coordinating detailed activities between management and field teams, and ensuring smooth transitions between active projects and operational facilities. The position also requires leading weekly stakeholder meetings to discuss project status and resolve issues, recommending and implementing improvements to systems and processes, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.    Responsibilities:  <ul> <li>Works directly with Construction Project Manager, General contractor, Facilities and operations team. </li> <li>Providing Daily project updates between projects, the project manager, and other team members  </li> <li>Detailed coordination between the construction project management team and field teams  </li> <li>Work cross-functionally with Construction, Equipment, Facilities and operational departments to facilitate smooth transitions between active projects and operating facilities  </li> <li>Leads and facilitates weekly stakeholder meetings to review project status, financials, and resolve issues. </li> <li>Recommend and implement ideas and innovations to improve the existing systems, work processes and procedures. </li> <li>Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. </li> </ul> Qualifications:  <ul> <li>1-3 years of construction supervision experience  </li> <li>Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred  </li> <li>Experience with Procore, Microsoft 365, Excel, Word.  </li> <li>Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. </li> <li>Highly organized, able to handle a high volume of transactions without becoming overwhelmed during peak periods. </li> <li>Experience in both oral and written communication with internal teams and external clients. </li> </ul>   Other Requirements:  <ul> <li>Must successfully pass Background Check. </li> <li>Strong advanced understanding of job requirements and responsibilities.   </li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">California Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range">$75,000—$80,000 USD</div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion">Benefits and Perks: <ul> <li>A highly energetic and collaborative team.</li> <li>A management team that cares about your professional development.</li> <li>Free membership for you and plus one family member.</li> <li>Discounted Personal Training, and merchandise – including supplements.</li> <li>Employee referral program.</li> <li>Daily Pay offered - access your funds before payday.</li> <li>Competitive pay plus vacation, holiday, and sick pay.*</li> <li>Group Health, dental, vision, Supplemental Life, and Employee Assistant Program are offered!*</li> <li>401(k) + Company matching!*</li> <li>Personal education growth options with Sophia Learning.</li> </ul> * Based on eligibility of tenure and full-time vs. part-time employment.
