<p><span data-contrast="auto">The Investigations Specialist conducts investigations using databases to locate individuals and businesses for service of process. Communicate investigation findings to co-workers and customers to advise on the next steps of an order. This role is as part of the Investigations Team to achieve daily goals in a fast-paced office environment. <strong><em>This position is remote but located in Arkansas.</em></strong></span></p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Key Responsibilities:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Conduct investigations to locate individuals and businesses by reviewing findings for the subject of service of process and cross referencing previous aspects of an order.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Communicate findings to customers and co-workers as needed</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Answer investigations related phone calls and emails</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Update procedural documents and review existing procedures</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Qualifications:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of related experience required</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience in an office environment and/or customer facing position preferred</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to work remotely with strong work ethic</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Reliable with ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality with privileged information</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate with peers</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Openness to learning new things and responding positively to feedback</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Technical savvy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
