You own the end-to-end program lifecycle — from initial scope and planning through final delivery — ensuring every cross-functional effort stays aligned with HeartFlow's long-term vision.</p> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Lead and direct multiple cross-functional program teams through the full lifecycle of complex initiatives, owning strategy, execution, and delivery.</li> <li>Define program strategy, timelines, and resource plans that meet business objectives, and drive teams to execute against them.</li> <li>Partner across functions to maintain alignment on priorities, dependencies, and decisions throughout each program.</li> <li>Build and implement risk management and contingency plans to keep programs on track.</li> <li>Communicate program status, priorities, and decisions clearly and consistently to team members and stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.</li> <li>Serve as the face of your program(s) to the executive leadership team, representing progress, risks, and outcomes.</li> <li>Lead resolution of issues and conflicts within and across teams, escalating when appropriate.</li> <li>Coach and develop team members, building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.</li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.</li> <li>10+ years of program/project management experience, including 5+ years leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.</li> <li>Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs in a regulated industry (e.g., medical device or healthcare) strongly preferred.</li> <li>Track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget.</li> </ul> <h3>Skills &amp;
