<p>Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.</p></div><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.</span><br><br><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Who you'll work with</strong></span><br><br><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You will join our office in <strong>Canada </strong>to work with the teams and directly interact with our partners, providers, and venues. In this role you will help Fever grow its pipeline of original events. To do so, you will interact with all departments of Fever, from Marketing to Operations.</span><br><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The team you’re about to join consists of people that are motivated, young, and fun. On top of having multicultural backgrounds, people in the team are all top profiles: McKinsey, Amazon, Google, KKR, Cirque du Soleil, PSG, and Roland Garros.</span></p>
<h4><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>About the Role:</strong></span></h4>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">As a Project Manager within our Scalable team, you will work with your Team Lead to develop, launch and manage your events, from A to Z. Whether that is the <a href="https://thejazzroomexperience.com/">Jazz Room</a>, <a href="https://balletoflights.com/">Ballet of Lights</a>, the <a href="https://thejuryexperience.com/">Jury Experience</a>, or any of our upcoming live experiences , you will define the way to scale these events to all our other markets, working hand-in-hand with other Fever Departments.</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Be responsible for the planning, execution, and reporting of a portfolio of scalable experiences</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Own the full delivery cycle across all cities within the portfolio, ensuring each market launches and operates according to brand, quality standards and contractual requirements</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Validate growth plans, pricing, market selection and resource allocation to support company objectives</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Source, select, negotiate and manage contracts with venues, talent agencies, production vendors and other partners </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain strong relationship that supports smooth operations and favourable terms with all production vendors</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate closely with New Ventures, Marketing and Finance to ensure market expansions and ongoing operations align with the broader entreprise strategy</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Build production budgets and track all project costs, identifying variances early and resolve them</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Protect margins by negotiating competitive rates and cutting nonessential expenses when needed </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Handle multiple concurrent tasks and markets, working independently by setting the right priorities based on guidance from your Regional Team Lead</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Anticipate operational risks, flag them early, and implement mitigation steps</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Validate that the show experience in each city meets the creative, technical, and operational standards of the IP, working with producers to continuously drive improvements</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Provide clear, concise status updates covering budget, timelines, risks and performance, offering practical recommendations where applicable</span></li>
</ul>
<h4><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>About You: </strong></span></h4>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">3+ years in a project management role overseeing complex projects across multiple markets, ideally within live entertainment, events, or experiential environments</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong vendor management background including venue negotiation, talent contracting, and production oversight</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimise margins across large scale projects</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Comfortable working independently with the ability to prioritise high impact tasks and manage several workstreams at once</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Skilled in negotiating favourable commercial terms and maintaining long term partner relationships</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience working with and leading cross-functional teams</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Track record of solving operational issues quickly and designing solutions to proactively prevent repeat problems</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to assess risks early and build mitigation plans that keep launches and operations on schedule</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong communication and interpersonal skills</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast moving environments</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Collaborative and willing to get hands dirty and work on all required events tasks</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Passion for live events and production management</span></li>
