<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span data-contrast="none">• Oversee daily surgery schedules and surgical case flow<br>• Ensure appropriate staffing and resources are available for all scheduled procedures<br>• Identify required diagnostics prior to surgery and coordinate with the Medical Concierge as needed<br>• Communicate surgical plans, estimates, and expectations directly with clients when appropriate<br>• Explain procedures, costs, recovery timelines, and post-operative requirements to clients<br>• Support client decision-making through clear, confident, and consistent communication<br>• Oversee anesthesia protocols and ensure complia nee with hospital standards<br>• Ensure proper patient monitoring during anesthesia and recovery<br>• Support pain management and patient comfort protocols<br>• Ensure surgical suites are prepared prior to procedures<br>• Oversee cleaning, maintenance, and sterilization of surgical instruments, packs, and equipment<br>• Train technicians on surgical procedures, anesthesia protocols, and perioperative patient care<br>• Provide hands-on coaching and real-time feedback during surgical and anesthesia cases<br>• Support on-boarding and skill development for technicians new to surgery and anesthesia<br><br></span><strong><span data-contrast="none">Qualifications:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559685":270,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></span></p>
