Working out of one of Dataiku’s principal offices (London, New York, Singapore and Paris), you will be based in <strong>Tokyo, </strong>and you will report directly to the IT support Manager</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We are looking for someone with energy, pragmatism, a solid technical background, and a positive attitude.</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">IT Operations are critical to the success of Dataiku employees worldwide. The IT Team is responsible for the systems, networks, and services that Dataiku employees rely on.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Dataiku's current IT Stack is a fast-moving, modern, and cloud-oriented environment. It includes Google Workspace, Slack, Miro, Asana, Airtable, Freshservice, Zoom video conferencing, and associated devices, along with a few dozen others. The endpoint hardware split is 90/10 Mac/Windows, and the candidate should ideally have experience with both.&nbsp;</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The IT Support Team is responsible for providing best-in-class support to our employees worldwide, whether they are based in our offices or work remotely in this tech environment.&nbsp;</span></p> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Expectations</span></h2> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">As we scale, you will join our IT Support Team to accompany Dataiku's growth. You will report to the IT Support Manager and work closely with the other IT Teams (Support, Automation, Operations, and Security). This is a highly hands-on, onsite role based in our Tokyo office, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the action and providing outstanding support.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>How you'll make an impact</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">IT Support &amp; User Experience</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide high-quality IT support to employees both onsite and remote, handling day-to-day requests via Slack and our ticketing system.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Deliver an excellent onboarding and offboarding experience, including running user onboarding sessions as well as device setup, troubleshooting, and guidance.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Act as a friendly, trusted point of contact for IT support, with a strong focus on service and responsiveness.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Onsite Infrastructure, AV &amp; Events</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support Zoom Rooms, AV systems, conference rooms, and onsite/offsite meetings and events.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide hands-on event and conference support, including setup and troubleshooting.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist with basic office IT build-out work, including cabling, patching, equipment installation, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Operations &amp; Process</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Organise shipment, retrieval, and lifecycle management of user hardware.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Operate and maintain inventory management and ticketing systems.</span></li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What you'll need to be successful <span style="font-size: 8pt; color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">#LI-Onsite #LI-AN1</span></strong></span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with 1st and 2nd line support.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience in Support in a modern cloud-first IT Stack.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience in Support for macOS.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Good communication skills in English (Japanese or French is a +)</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge in MDM (Management Fleet Jamf)</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge in A/V support (meeting rooms )&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge in procurement/invoicing applications (Coupa)</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Good listening skills, and you know how to help people ask for your support.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You can organise work and set priorities.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You have an excellent sense of service and a positive mindset.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You have 1+ years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an international and fast-growing environment.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You are proactive and can work independently when needed.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You are a problem solver</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You enjoy learning and applying knowledge to practical uses.</span></li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>What are you waiting for!</strong></div> <div>At Dataiku, you'll be part of a journey to shape the ever-evolving world of AI.
