From logistics and information technology to cybersecurity and facilities operations, we are united by a single purpose: to generate meaningful economic opportunity and sustainable growth for the Tlingit &amp; Haida Tribes of Alaska.</p> <p style="line-height: 2;"><span style="color: rgb(35, 111, 161);"><strong>Together We Grow – One Mission, One Team – With a Commitment to Serve</strong></span></p></div><hr> <p><strong>Subsidiary: </strong>T&amp;H Services</p> <p><strong>Job Title:&nbsp;</strong>Operations Manager</p> <p><strong>Work Location:&nbsp;</strong>Blackstone, VA</p> <p><strong>Labor Category:&nbsp;</strong>Exempt</p> <p><strong>Clearance Level:&nbsp;</strong>Secret</p> <p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong>$105,000</p> <hr> <p><strong>About the Role&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>The Operations Manager will oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities at FASTC.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supervision of a diversified workforce responsible for operations, maintenance, and repair of commercial building infrastructure systems&nbsp;</li> <li>Submit signed monthly progress reports to the Government.&nbsp;</li> <li>Oversee and manage corrective maintenance actions and funding, preventative maintenance, and unscheduled work orders.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide weekly written and verbal updates on O&amp;M work status.&nbsp;</li> <li>Submit a signed monthly progress report documenting workload for the reporting month to include, at a minimum, corrective maintenance funding status, summaries of preventive maintenance and unscheduled work received and completed (work orders/Service Orders), Contractor quality control statistics, a summary of safety incidents and safety training, an equipment downtime summary, customer satisfaction statistics and any other Contractor comments regarding operational improvements/betterments, work delays, or other issues affecting Contractor performance.&nbsp;</li> <li>On site during normal business hours and reachable 24/7/365 for emergencies.&nbsp;</li> <li>May include maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge (but not proficiency) in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work.&nbsp;</li> <li>Consistently produces quality products and service.&nbsp;</li> <li>Completes all training within required timeline.&nbsp;</li> <li>Performs all work in a safe and secure manner.&nbsp;</li> <li>Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.</li> <li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the field of Facilities Management.&nbsp;</li> <li>Two (2) years’ experience in business occupancy facilities operations and maintenance.&nbsp;</li> <li>Minimum Five (5) years servicing and/or renovating commercial buildings.&nbsp;</li> <li>Prior experience in the supervision of a diversified workforce responsible for operations, maintenance, and repair of commercial building infrastructure systems.&nbsp;</li> <li>Familiar with the various codes and standards covered by the PWS, NFPA, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and OSHA codes and standards.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to speak, read, and write English.&nbsp;</li> <li>Must be able to work independently and interact well with others in a team setting.&nbsp;</li> <li>Must be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high-volume environment with multiple priorities.&nbsp;</li> <li>Highly motivated, flexible organized and must be detail oriented.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.&nbsp;</li> <li>Must have practical knowledge of worksite safety, occupational hazards and standard safety practices.&nbsp;</li> <li>Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license and a safe driving record, in accordance with company policy, to operate vehicles or equipment.</li> <li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Physical Demands &amp; Work Environment</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Must be able to work on-call, alternate, and extended shift schedules when necessary to meet the mission requirements, including weekends and holidays.</li> <li>Work may be performed indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions.
