Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, if your team’s scope of work permits.</p> <h4><strong>Deliver powerful results&nbsp;</strong></h4> <p>To achieve our vision, we are searching for a <strong>Manager of Advocacy with a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 - 5+ years of work experience in advocacy, community organizing, operations, or comparable roles requiring strong project management, operational execution, and relationship development skills, with a track record of managing complex campaigns from planning through completion in fast-paced environments. Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a plus.&nbsp;</strong></p> <h4><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Manage end-to-end advocacy campaigns by designing, planning, and executing initiatives that activate Zeta families, team members, and students through events, testimony, and grassroots organizing. Set clear goals, define milestones, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality, on-time execution.</li> <li>Drive operational excellence across campaigns by managing multiple concurrent workstreams, tracking progress against key milestones, and ensuring strong follow-through from planning through completion.</li> <li>Design and implement systems, processes, and accountability structures that enable consistent family engagement, effective event execution, participation tracking, and strong advocacy outcomes.</li> <li>Establish performance tracking systems to measure campaign impact and ensure accountability to goals, timelines, and key deliverables.</li> <li>Operate effectively in a lean, fast-paced environment, taking ownership of new projects as needed, supporting team priorities, and proactively driving work forward.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Join our purpose-driven community&nbsp;</strong></h4> <p>Zeta teammates are lifelong learners who live with child-like joy and a deep sense of purpose. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales.
