We partner with leading organizations in the technology and infrastructure sectors to deliver high-impact projects with precision and excellence.</p> <h3 data-section-id="199339u" data-start="637" data-end="653">Role Overview</h3> <p data-start="655" data-end="796">We are seeking a site-based <strong data-start="683" data-end="704">CSA Site Engineer</strong> to supervise and verify civil, structural, and architectural works on data center projects.</p> <p data-start="798" data-end="1132">The role focuses on construction quality, compliance, technical coordination, progress monitoring, and handover support within mission-critical environments. The ideal candidate will have strong CSA site supervision experience and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, MEP, ICT, and commissioning teams.</p> <h3 data-section-id="18w7bso" data-start="1134" data-end="1157">Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul data-start="1159" data-end="2195"> <li data-section-id="l679k3" data-start="1159" data-end="1248">Monitor and inspect contractor execution of civil, structural, and architectural works.</li> <li data-section-id="11f0w0q" data-start="1249" data-end="1342">Verify compliance with drawings, specifications, approved materials, and project standards.</li> <li data-section-id="ga6ghi" data-start="1343" data-end="1453">Oversee concrete, steel, masonry, finishes, waterproofing, access flooring, and architectural fit-out works.</li> <li data-section-id="197i1nh" data-start="1454" data-end="1541">Review shop drawings, IFC drawings, material submittals, method statements, and ITPs.</li> <li data-section-id="12k69fl" data-start="1542" data-end="1625">Coordinate CSA works with MEP, ICT, commissioning, and other project disciplines.</li> <li data-section-id="ewbvqs" data-start="1626" data-end="1719">Track progress and flag risks related to sequencing, access, constructability, and quality.</li> <li data-section-id="zipxrv" data-start="1720" data-end="1798">Support inspections, testing, mock-ups, and quality verification activities.</li> <li data-section-id="cer3sd" data-start="1799" data-end="1879">Report CSA-specific issues, progress updates, and risks to project <ul data-start="2244" data-end="2939"> <li data-section-id="1i9lq46" data-start="2244" data-end="2364">Bachelor’s degree in <strong data-start="2267" data-end="2338">Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering</strong>, or a related discipline.</li> <li data-section-id="37nqh2" data-start="2365" data-end="2424">Strong experience in CSA site supervision and inspection.</li> <li data-section-id="1jvthpe" data-start="2425" data-end="2541">Solid knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural execution in high-specification construction environments.</li> <li data-section-id="1f080cw" data-start="2542" data-end="2629">Experience reviewing shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and ITPs.</li> <li data-section-id="1boo50i" data-start="2630" data-end="2687">QA/QC awareness for structural and architectural works.</li> <li data-section-id="9cauym" data-start="2688" data-end="2772">Ability to monitor contractors, verify compliance, and report progress accurately.</li> <li data-section-id="mt6avg" data-start="2773" data-end="2853">Strong coordination skills across CSA, MEP, ICT, and commissioning interfaces.</li> <li project experience.</li> <li data-section-id="1xydnrj" data-start="3084" data-end="3135">Experience with tolerance-sensitive construction.</li> <li data-section-id="weac1z" data-start="3136" data-end="3251">Familiarity with raised floors, equipment plinths, dry finishes, fire-rated partitions, and ceiling coordination.</li> <li data-section-id="nutkf5" data-start="3252" data-end="3313">Experience in phased handover or live project environments.</li> <li data-section-id="1p3etf8" data-start="3314" data-end="3383">Familiarity with Aconex, Procore, AutoCAD, or drawing
