Supervisor, Fulfillment at GOAT Group

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Role Overview&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The Fulfillment Supervisor directs workflow and oversees warehouse associates to ensure productivity, efficiency, and accuracy. You’ll ensure compliance with policies, coach employees, supervise receipt and shipping of merchandise, maintain records, resolve customer issues and ensure high-quality packing for customer satisfaction.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Direct, motivate, and monitor the performance of warehouse associates</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Suggest and implement modifications to enhance productivity and efficiency</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, safety rules and DEA regulations</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Coach employees for their professional development</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Supervise the receipt of merchandise and maintain accurate daily logs</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Oversee staff in counting, weighing, and verifying items against relevant documents</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Manage the filling and shipping of controlled substances with clerks' assistance</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain detailed records of the delivery process and order-filling procedures</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ensure quality packing of items to guarantee customer satisfaction</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Interact with customers to resolve delivery or order issues as needed</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Work in a dynamic warehouse environment with heavy equipment</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assist in other areas as needed by the Operations leadership team</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>We are looking for:&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">2+ years of warehouse leadership experience preferred; knowledgeable of warehouse operations</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Effective verbal and written communication skills as a leader</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong decision-making and analytical skills</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Basic mathematical proficiency</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Leadership and coaching abilities</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Good interpersonal skills for team collaboration</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to operate a reach truck (may be required)</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Availability and willingness to work extended hours and participate in physical inventory as needed</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
