<p>Overhead Door Company of Nashville™, a DH Pace Company Inc. aspires to hire an <strong>Outside Commercial Sales Representative</strong> in <strong>Nashville, Tennessee</strong> to develop relationships with existing customers and aggressively seek and secure new customers through prospecting activities to sell commercial doors.</p>
<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related door products and services</li>
<li>Cultivate sales within commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals in Nashville and surrounding areas</li>
<li>Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards</li>
<li>Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals</li>
<li>Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
<p> <strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prefer a minimum three (3) years of outside sales experience calling on business to business – ideally calling on commercial accounts selling retrofit to end-users; however, will consider other applicable experience, especially if “mechanical” type products have been sold</li>
<li>Must possess a Valid Driver’s License</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree, highly preferred</li>
<li>Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems</li>
