You’ll start by finalizing your Risk Register and Project Plan, check in with your design and construction teams, and follow up on permits. In the afternoon, you might visit a restoration site to coordinate with subcontractors and monitor progress, then report on budget performance and percent complete.</span></p> <p class="" data-start="7530" data-end="7845"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">You’ll use RES’s PM Best Practices (Opportunity Charters, Risk Registers, MS Project schedules) to manage scope, risk, and timelines.
