By joining this high-performance team, you will champion a culture of candid communication and excellence while accelerating global adoption of our<strong> AI-Powered Process Automation platform.</strong></p> <p><strong></strong></p> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Implement Scalable Platform Architecture:</strong> Build and maintain standards and tools to ensure high performance and resilience with a focus on reusability, schema design, <strong>data modeling</strong>, query performance, and responsive <strong>UX/UI</strong> best practices.</li> <li><strong>Engineered Integrations:</strong> Perform hands-on design, code implementation, and unit testing using <strong>SQL views</strong>, <strong>stored procedures</strong>, and high-concurrency <strong>REST/SOAP web services/APIs</strong>.</li> <li><strong>System-Level Troubleshooting:</strong> Rapidly diagnose performance bottlenecks, memory usage, CPU constraints, and network latency spikes across the web application stack.</li> <li><strong>Performance Profiling &amp; Analysis:</strong> Analyze database execution plans, system logs, and <strong>Locust</strong> load test outputs to isolate and resolve root-cause performance bottlenecks.</li> <li><strong>Technical Quality &amp; Enablement:</strong> Ensure continuous integration and delivery alignment by applying strong <strong>DevSecOps</strong> practices, robust automated testing, and clean coding standards.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Bachelor’s Degree</strong> in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Mathematics.</li> <li><strong>8+ years</strong> of progressive IT experience, including <strong>5+ years</strong> of specialized experience in enterprise web application development, delivery, and deployment.</li> <li><strong>Agile Software Delivery:</strong> Proven hands-on experience developing, configuring, testing, and deploying enterprise-grade software applications in an agile delivery environment.</li> <li><strong>Core Engineering Stack:</strong> Deep technical expertise in <strong>Python</strong> and <strong>SQL</strong>, supplemented by working knowledge of <strong>JavaScript</strong> or <strong>Java</strong>.</li> <li><strong>Data &amp; Middleware Architecture:</strong> Strong experience designing relational data models (<strong>SQL Server</strong>, <strong>Oracle</strong>, or <strong>MariaDB</strong>), custom <strong>APIs</strong>, and middleware/ESB orchestration layers.</li> <li><strong>Infrastructure &amp; Testing:</strong> Practical experience with web application infrastructure, containerization using <strong>Kubernetes</strong>, <strong>DevSecOps</strong> concepts, test automation tools (<strong>Selenium</strong>), and performance/load testing methodologies.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Experience operating within high-velocity, cross-functional engineering teams.</li> <li>Hands-on exposure to modern <strong>Generative AI</strong> integrations, <strong>LLM</strong> application pipelines, or vector databases.</li> <li><strong>Ecosystem Experience:</strong> We value experience with enterprise platforms such as <strong>Salesforce</strong> or <strong>ServiceNow</strong>, as these skills translate well into our <strong>Enterprise-Grade Orchestration</strong> environment.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>Tools and Resources&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Training and Development: During onboarding, we focus on equipping new hires with the skills and knowledge for success through department-specific training.
