Recruitment Coordinator - Analyst / Associate at iCapital

<h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3> <p>iCapital is looking to hire a Recruiting Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to our International Talent Acquisition team. This role will provide support throughout the recruiting and onboarding processes for the EMEA and APAC regions.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Support the Talent Acquisition team with scheduling, interview coordination, offer letters, employment agreements.</li> <li>Promote a friendly and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process: <ul> <li>Ensure in-person and virtual meetings and interviews begin and end on time, as well as handle questions about interviews from candidates and team members.</li> <li>Provide an itinerary for candidates ahead of interviews.</li> <li>Coordinate Zoom interviews with candidates, talent acquisition partners, and hiring teams.</li> <li>Correspond with candidates throughout the process.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Assist with updating candidate information in Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).</li> <li>Follow up with interviewers and candidates’ post-interview and compile feedback.</li> <li>Assist with conducting reference checks and initiate background checks as needed.</li> <li>Partner closely with Human Resources and IT to ensure a successful onboarding process.</li> <li>Assist with ad hoc Talent Acquisition projects and related reporting.</li> <li>Work with the TA team and hiring managers to ensure job descriptions are clear, complete, and proofread prior to posting.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Interest in developing a career in recruiting/talent acquisition</li> <li>Able to multi-task and prioritize, while taking a proactive approach and maintaining strong attention to detail</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills and able to develop relationships with employees at different levels, work with various departments, and foster teamwork</li> <li>Able to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality</li> <li>Experience using Microsoft Outlook and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together.
