<p class="p8i6j01 paragraph">CoreWeave's <strong>Global Logistics Operations (GLO)</strong> team ensures the right infrastructure, equipment, and materials are available where and when they are needed to support our rapidly expanding global data center footprint. As the <strong>Global Inventory Control & Accuracy Lead</strong>, you will own CoreWeave’s global inventory count and accuracy program across all CoreWeave-operated and third-party logistics (3PL) locations. You will design and govern cycle count programs, physical inventory processes, variance management frameworks, and inventory control standards that keep global inventory accuracy at or above <strong>99.8%</strong>. You’ll serve as the central point of accountability for inventory counting, reconciliation, audit readiness, and adjustment governance, partnering closely with Operations, Finance, Audit, Inventory Control, and 3PL partners to drive consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across a rapidly growing global network.</p>

<ul class="p8i6j07 p8i6j02">
<li class="p8i6j0a">Own the global <strong>inventory count and accuracy program</strong> across all CoreWeave-operated and 3PL locations.</li>
<li class="p8i6j0a">Design, implement, and govern <strong>cycle count programs</strong>, physical inventory processes, and ABC classification strategies.</li>
<li class="p8i6j0a">Establish and maintain <strong>variance management frameworks</strong>, including investigation, reconciliation, and adjustment governance.</li>
<li class="p8i6j0a">Develop and enforce <strong>inventory control standards</strong>, SOPs, work instructions, and inventory policies across a distributed network.</li>
<li class="p8i6j0a">Partner with <strong>Finance, Accounting, Audit, and Operations</strong> to meet inventory-related controls, compliance, and audit requirements.</li>
<li class="p8i6j0a">Build and maintain <strong>KPI scorecards, dashboards, and reporting</strong> for inventory accuracy, variance trends, and corrective actions.</li>
<li class="p8i6j0a">Lead <strong>root cause investigations</strong> on discrepancies and drive corrective and preventive action plans to reduce variance over time.</li>
<li class="p8i6j0a">Govern inventory standards and performance expectations for <strong>third-party logistics providers</strong>, ensuring consistent execution.</li>
<li class="p8i6j0a">Champion <strong>continuous improvement</strong> in inventory processes, controls, and systems as CoreWeave scales its global footprint.</li>
</ul>
<h3 class="_9k2iva0 p8i6j0c _1ibi0s314 heading3 _9k2iva1">Who You Are</h3>
<p class="p8i6j01 paragraph"><strong>Required qualifications</strong></p>
<ul class="p8i6j07 p8i6j02">
<li class="p8i6j0a">7+ years of experience in <strong>inventory control, asset management, supply chain, logistics operations</strong>, or related disciplines.</li>
<li class="p8i6j0a">Demonstrated experience <strong>designing and governing enterprise inventory count programs</strong>, including cycle counts, physical inventories, ABC classification strategies, and reconciliation processes across multiple locations.</li>
<li class="p8i6j0a">Experience managing inventory controls in <strong>complex, multi-site environments</strong> (e.g., warehouses, data centers, manufacturing, electronics, or other high-value asset environments).</li>
<li class="p8i6j0a">Strong understanding of <strong>inventory accounting principles, audit requirements, SOX controls, and inventory adjustment governance</strong>.</li>
<li class="p8i6j0a">Proven experience partnering with <strong>Finance, Accounting, Audit, and Operations</strong> to support inventory-related controls and compliance.</li>
<li class="p8i6j0a">Hands-on experience with <strong>ERP, inventory management, and asset management systems</strong> such as NetSuite, NSIM, SnipeIT, WMS platforms, or similar technologies.</li>
<li class="p8i6j0a">Experience developing <strong>KPI scorecards, inventory accuracy reporting, variance analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective action programs</strong>.</li>
<li class="p8i6j0a">Demonstrated ability to establish and manage <strong>inventory standards across 3PLs and distributed operational environments</strong>.</li>
<li class="p8i6j0a">Experience developing <strong>SOPs, work instructions, inventory policies, and operational governance frameworks</strong>.</li>
<li class="p8i6j0a">Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business</strong>, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.</li>
</ul>
<p class="p8i6j01 paragraph"><strong>Preferred qualifications</strong></p>
<ul class="p8i6j07 p8i6j02">
<li class="p8i6j0a">Experience supporting <strong>AI, cloud infrastructure, data center, semiconductor, or high-value hardware</strong> environments.</li>
<li class="p8i6j0a">Experience managing <strong>serialized inventory and asset tracking programs</strong>.</li>
<li class="p8i6j0a"><strong>Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement</strong> certifications.</li>
<li class="p8i6j0a">Experience owning <strong>global programs</strong> spanning policy, process, systems, controls, and operational execution.</li>
<li class="p8i6j0a">Experience supporting <strong>internal and external audit programs</strong> in publicly traded companies.</li>

<p><em data-stringify-type="italic">The base salary range for this role is $177,000 to $237,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).</em></p>
