<p data-start="299" data-end="613">We’re looking for a commercially driven <strong data-start="339" data-end="369">Mid-Market Account Manager</strong> to own and grow a portfolio of customers across the mid-market segment. You’ll act as the primary point of contact, managing the full sales cycle—from identifying new opportunities through to closing deals and driving long-term customer value.</p>
<p data-start="615" data-end="898">This is a highly consultative role where success comes from understanding customer challenges and positioning solutions that deliver measurable impact. <h3 data-start="905" data-end="931">What You’ll Be Doing</h3>
<p data-start="933" data-end="963"><strong data-start="933" data-end="963">Own and grow your accounts</strong></p>

<li data-start="964" data-end="1057">Manage and expand a portfolio of mid-market customers (typically $100M–$1B revenue range)</li>
<li data-start="1058" data-end="1177">Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities to maximise account value</li>
<li data-start="1178" data-end="1275">Build strong relationships with stakeholders across technical, business, and executive levels</li>
</ul>

<li data-start="1300" data-end="1410">Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities across your territory</li>

<li data-start="1484" data-end="1564">Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets</li>
</ul>

<li data-start="2054" data-end="2139">Proven success in B2B sales (3+ years), ideally in SaaS, analytics, or technology</li>
<li data-start="2140" data-end="2193">Track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas</li>
<li data-start="2194" data-end="2248">Experience managing mid-market or complex accounts</li>
</ul>

<li data-start="2474" data-end="2534">Excellent communication and relationship-building skills</li>

<li data-start="2551" data-end="2632">Degree in Engineering, STEM, or a related technical field is highly desirable</li>
<li data-start="2633" data-end="2750">Experience in analytics, data, or business intelligence solutions is a plus</li>
