<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">The <strong>Data I/O Technician</strong> is responsible for managing day-to-day data movement—including receiving, checking, logging, and issuing data—ensuring that digital assets flow reliably between internal teams, external consultants, and partner agencies. This role supports scalable data hygiene and reduces downstream coordination errors.</span></p>

<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Receive and log incoming data and files.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Check format, completeness, and naming conventions.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Flag inconsistencies, missing information, or risks to the Data Coordinator.</span></li>
</ul>
<h3><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Data Release (Output)</span></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Prepare and distribute approved data to the appropriate teams.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Maintain accurate records of issued data (when, what, to whom).</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Support milestone deliveries and scheduled drops.</span></li>
</ul>
<h3><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Tracking & Documentation</span></h3>

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Maintain clear documentation for data status, handoffs, and approvals.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Update trackers and logs under established workflows.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Support audits, clean-ups, and repo organisation.</span></li>

<h3><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Required:</strong></span></h3>

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Experience in a data handling, production support, or technical operations role.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Strong attention to detail and accuracy with high-volume data.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Familiarity with structured filing systems and naming conventions.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Clear written and verbal communication.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Interest in digital production, real-time, or VFX workflows is desirable.</span></li>
