This role is responsible for translating complex financial concepts into clear, compelling, and brand-consistent visual materials across digital and print channels. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional design skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Designing and producing advanced Powerpoint presentations, including the use of animation</li> <li>Developing high-quality marketing materials including: <ul> <li>One Pagers</li> <li>Brochures</li> <li>White papers</li> <li>Event and conference materials</li> </ul> </li> <li>Creating website and digital assets (email, social, web graphics)</li> <li>Creating branded charts, graphs, tables, icons and other infographics</li> <li>Editing short form videos for social and web</li> <li>Maintaining presentation templates and applying to new materials, focusing on brand guidelines and technical formatting</li> <li>Maintaining and evolving brand standards across all visual mediums</li> <li>Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>A design portfolio demonstrating print, digital and motion/animation work</li> <li>Advanced expertise in Powerpoint, including presentation design, layout, templating and animation</li> <li>Proven experience in motion graphics (After Effects) or data visualization tools</li> <li>Strong command of the Adobe Creative Suite <ul> <li>InDesign</li> <li>Illustrator</li> <li>Photoshop</li> </ul> </li> <li>Proficient in Word, including layout and templating</li> <li>Familiarity with Canva or similar platforms</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree</li> <li>3-5 years of professional design experience. Financial services, asset management, consulting, or another professional services environment a plus</li> <li>Strong portfolio demonstrating polished and professional detail-oriented design work</li> </ul>
