The APM will work closely with project and field leadership to coordinate documentation, procurement, scheduling, cost tracking, and day-to-day project execution. The ideal candidate has experience in commercial or industrial mechanical construction, with exposure to piping, HVAC, process piping, or other self-perform mechanical scopes. Data center or mission-critical experience is preferred. <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li> Support the Project Manager with day-to-day project planning and execution. </li> <li> Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, drawings, and project documentation. </li> <li> Assist with procurement, material tracking, equipment deliveries, and long-lead items. </li> <li> Track project schedules, milestones, costs, and progress. </li> <li> Coordinate with superintendents, project engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and other trade partners. </li> <li> Help identify field conflicts, schedule impacts, and project risks and drive timely resolution. </li> <li> Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate action items and follow-up. </li> <li> Assist with cost reporting, forecasting, billing, and change management. </li> <li> Maintain communication between project management and field teams. </li> <li> Support project closeout, punch-list activities, turnover documentation, and commissioning requirements. </li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li> 2–5+ years of construction project experience, preferably with a mechanical contractor. </li> <li> Experience with commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction. </li> <li> Knowledge of HVAC, piping, process piping, hydronic, or related mechanical systems preferred. </li> <li> Data center, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or similar project experience is a plus. </li> <li> Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, scheduling, and cost tracking. </li> <li> Ability to read construction drawings and specifications. </li> <li> Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. </li> <li> Ability to work effectively with both project-management and field teams in a fast-paced environment. </li> </ul> <h2>Ideal Candidate</h2> We are looking for someone who understands how a mechanical construction project moves from drawings and procurement into field execution.
