Junior Project Delivery Manager at Suvoda

<p class="p1">The Project Delivery Manager is responsible, both directly and indirectly, for the company’s day-to-day&nbsp;implementation of ongoing client projects and oversees client relationship and support post launch.</p> <p class="p2"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li class="p1">Serves as the main point of contact between all internal value-add functions across departments</li> <li class="p1">Onboards low to medium complexity delivery projects</li> <li class="p1">Leads regular project discussions with client and study teams to review project plans, risks, actions, issues,&nbsp;and decisions to drive projects to completion</li> <li class="p1">Collaborates with lead and manager to determine success strategies for onboarding and supporting&nbsp;studies</li> <li class="p1">Demonstrates a general understanding of GP products</li> <li class="p1">Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously</li> <li class="p1">Proactively identifies client needs and develop, articulate, and drive towards appropriate solutions</li> <li class="p1">Demonstrates flawless execution of best practices during and post implementation</li> <li class="p1">Fosters client relationships post launch of new client projects</li> <li class="p1">Ensures study documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately</li> <li class="p1">Effectively applies best practices and deliver according to internal and external success&nbsp;criteria</li> <li class="p1">Demonstrates flawless execution of business strategies for implementation</li> <li class="p1">Possess the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct pre and postproduction issues.</li> <li class="p1">Participates in the development of new features and functionality that may be requested by clients</li> <li class="p1">Coordinates internal and external/vendor resources</li> <li class="p1">Provides recurring project status reporting and ensure proper escalation</li> <li class="p1">Performs other duties, assignments, and/or special projects as time or circumstances necessitate</li> <li class="p1">Travels for client meetings and trainings as needed</li> </ul> <p class="p2"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li class="p1">Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred</li> <li class="p1">Relevant project management experience and/or training</li> <li class="p1">Project management experience and strong organizational and time management skills in a dynamic and&nbsp;fast-paced environment</li> <li class="p1">Demonstrated analytical, creative problem solving and communication skills</li> <li class="p1">Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with a Project Management Information System&nbsp;(PMIS)</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><em>We are aware that an individual(s) are fraudulently representing themselves as Suvoda recruiters and/or hiring managers.
