Eliot’s Respite program is a short term restorative service that assists adults with mental illness in obtaining and maintaining community living.</p> <p>In the role of a Clinical Supervisor you will help guide the services and clinical care of the clients utilizing evidence based practices that align with the preferences and needs of the client.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide clinical supervision and oversight of Respite service delivery, including staff guidance, intervention modeling, and adherence to culturally competent, strength-based practices</li> <li>Complete intakes, assessments, crisis plans, and coordinate admission.</li> <li>Oversee development and implementation of Individualized Action Plans that are consumer-centered, recovery-focused, and aligned with clinical best practices</li> <li>Deliver direct clinical interventions and facilitate therapeutic and skills-based groups using approaches such as CBT, DBT, and integrated dual diagnosis treatment</li> <li>Support staff development through training, supervision, and clinical leadership while serving as on-call clinical backup for crisis situations and consumer care needs</li> </ul> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Independent Clinical Licensure (LICSW, LMHC, etc.) preferred&nbsp;</li> <li>Requires a Master’s degree in Psychology or related field</li> <li>At least four years experience working&nbsp; adults experiencing severe mental illness&nbsp;</li> <li>Valid Massachusetts drivers license</li> </ul> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm</li> </ul> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Annual Salary</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$50,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$55,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
