<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Responsible for coordinating, communicating, and implementing activities and services related to the VR SEAL program. This position works jointly with the VR SEAL Lead to implement training and placement support for VR SEAL trainees through the SEAL Summer Work Experience Program.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> The SEAL Coordinator reports to the Area Manager. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Your Impact on Career TEAM’s Success:</strong><strong><br></strong>• Helps coordinate and implement a quality work experience program for SEAL participants</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Outreaches VR Seal Referrals to provide program information and encourage engagement</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Communicates with SEAL Manager regarding issues needing VR partner engagement</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Acts as program liaison with SEAL trainees and guardians (if applicable) to provide the information needed for successful and compliant trainee Work Experience engagement</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Conducts Work Readiness training with VR customers in compliance with the SEAL Plan</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Assists in matching SEAL customers with available SEAL worksites</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Processes SEAL participants as required for appropriate enrollment into the ADP system</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Assists and guides customers in the completion of enrollment activities and documentation necessary for compliant SEAL enrollment</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Assists and guides customers (and guardians, if needed) to complete appropriate enrollment steps for wage payment systems</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Schedules and performs New Hire Orientations as needed</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Schedules and performs Worksite Supervisor Orientations and documents these orientations as required</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Completion of worksite visit documentation in a timely and complete fashion</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Manages and conducts analysis of work experience activities to ensure implementation of policies and procedures</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Oversees worksite activities as needed to assure applicable Child Labor Law compliance</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Coordinate, pick up, and process timesheets in a timely manner</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Coordinate/provide payroll distribution (if needed)</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Coordinate with Career Team administrative staff and SEAL customers/guardians (if applicable) to resolve paycheck and timesheet issues as needed</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Track and document outcomes and manage contractual goals related to the SEAL Program.</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Obtain and review performance evaluations provided by employers and take appropriate actions when needed</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Approach each day and task with a “ZAG” mindset</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Other duties and projects as needed</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>To Qualify for This Role, You Must Have: </strong><strong><br></strong>• Bachelor’s degree or higher or an equivalent combination of education and experience</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• 2+ years of work experience combining elements of training, counseling, case management, or other services</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Substantial case management experience and the ability to read and interpret policies and procedures</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Experience working successfully with individuals with disabilities</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Ability to work in a variety of settings with a culturally-diverse customer base in a culturally sensitive fashion</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Ability to serve as a role model to customers and motivate them toward achieving goals</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Personal computer literacy required, including effective use of the Internet, e-mail, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and work under pressure </span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• Excellent verbal and written communication skills</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">• A Valid Driver’s License</span></p>
