font-size: 12pt;"> Evaluate family dynamics, caregiver capabilities, communication patterns, coping needs, and potential psychosocial risks </li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;"> Provide counseling, emotional support, and crisis intervention to patients and caregivers as needed </li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;"> Help patients and families navigate stress, anticipatory grief, changing family roles, and end-of-life concerns </li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;
