MidPen is, once again, proud to be certified as an official Great Place to Work® in 2025.</div>Property Name: Foon Lok West Maintenance Technician  Join our Property Management team as a Maintenance Technician, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining safe, quality housing for our residents. Reporting to the Community Manager, you'll handle complex maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and landscaping systems while mentoring junior staff.
