Technical Task Order Program Manager, TS/SCI at Blue Sky Innovators

<p>Security Requirements: Final TS/SCI (Special Access Program (SAP) eligible)</p> <p>Skill/Experience: Ten (10) years’ experience managing, planning, developing, and executing major research, engineering, and development efforts for defense organizations.</p> <p>Executive Program Leadership: Ten (10) years’ experience as a lead or deputy Program Manager for major technology programs (or a portfolio of programs) exceeding $100M in value.</p> <p>Demonstrated expertise in managing the entire lifecycle of technology design, manufacturing, integration and testing.</p> <p>Proven leadership in managing portfolios of diverse technology development programs.</p> <p>Special Access &amp; Classified Program Expertise: Five (5) years’ experience leading and operating within highly classified environments, including SAP and SCI.</p> <p>Defense Acquisition &amp; Organizational Knowledge: Five (5) years’ experience with the DoW’s Defense Acquisition System DoD 5000 series.</p> <p>Demonstrated knowledge of DoW organizational structure and experience collaborating with R&amp;E program managers.</p> <p>Leadership &amp; Communication: Ten (10) years’ demonstrated experience related to written and oral communication skills, essential for leading cross-functional teams and briefing senior stakeholders.</p> <p>Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following areas: • System Engineering • Aerospace Engineering • Electrical Engineering • Physical Sciences • Software Engineering • Cyber Engineering • AI /ML Engineering&nbsp;</p> <p>Preferred Skills and Experience: Contract and Program Management: Ten (10) years’ experience managing support services contracts of comparable size, scope, and complexity to this task order.</p> <p>Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Problem Resolution: Ten (10) years’ experience establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative working relationships with stakeholders across the DoW.</p> <p>Technical Domain Expertise: Five (5) years’ experience and foundational knowledge in the field of Electromagnetics and Radio Frequencies (EM/RF).&nbsp;<br></p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>Blue Sky Innovators, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
