You will ensure a consistent and cohesive experience across the entire product journey, collaborate across functions to influence product strategy, champion design-driven decision-making, and go beyond UX execution to shape the overall product experience.  In addition, you will lead the product design organization, mentor and develop design contributors, and scale the design function globally. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape the future of our products and impact the overall business strategy.  Key Responsibilities:  <ul> <li>Lead and grow the global product design organization, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and design excellence. </li> <li>Define and communicate the design vision and strategy for our SaaS product portfolio, aligned with business objectives and brand values. </li> <li>Apply holistic product design thinking across the full user journey to shape strategic value on our evolving platform, ensuring end-to-end experiences are consistent, intuitive, and security-afocused. </li> <li>Drive design consistency and scalability across platforms and products, while allowing for necessary feature-specific adaptations. </li> <li>Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and other teams to integrate customer and market insights, influence strategy, and shape the roadmap. </li> <li>Engage with customers and end-users to validate design concepts and ensure products deliver intuitive, secure, and valuable experiences. </li> <li>Establish and maintain design systems, principles, and best practices that scale globally. </li> <li>Advocate for design-driven decision-making across the organization and demonstrate how design impacts business outcomes and user trust. </li> <li>Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging tools, and security-focused design methodologies to continuously evolve the product design function. </li> </ul> Skills & Qualifications:  <ul> <li>10+ years of management experience in product design, UX, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading and scaling teams globally. </li> <li>Proven track record of end-to-end product design leadership, including guiding visual design, interaction design, workflows, strategic product thinking, and platform evolution. </li> <li>Deep expertise in design systems, UX best practices, and SaaS product development, including security-conscious design. </li> <li>Experience defining design strategy that drives measurable business outcomes. </li> <li>Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and global stakeholders. </li> <li>Proven ability to mentor and develop design talent, fostering a high-performing, creative, and inclusive global design culture. </li> <li>Deep understanding of customer needs and market trends, engaging with users and industry leaders to translate insights into actionable, high-impact design solutions.  </li> <li>Strategic thinker with emerging tool and security-focused methodology awareness, able to influence organizational decision-making. </li> </ul> What we offer you:  <ul> <li>Outstanding Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage to meet all your healthcare needs. </li> <li>Wellness benefits to help you focus on what’s most important.</li> <li>“Take What You Need” time off policy. </li> <li> Extensive development and training offerings to help you grow your career at Veracode.</li> <li>Generous 401k match to help save for your future.</li> <li>Amazing community of professionals who take pride in what we do every day.</li> </ul> Compensation Transparency In accordance with U.S. pay transparency laws, Veracode provides compensation transparency for roles based in the United States.
