These sentiments capture why we choose Riskified every day.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2> <p>Riskified’s Product Management team plays a pivotal role in driving product success by working collaboratively with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Marketing, Analytics, Operations, GTM teams, and Senior Management. As Riskified continues to expand globally, we see a significant growth opportunity selling our solutions to different tiers and verticals.</p> <p>We are hiring a <strong>General Manager, Product Management </strong>to own and scale this domain end-to-end. This leader will be fully accountable for adapting Riskified’s existing enterprise-grade solutions to the needs, unlocking scalable distribution channels, work with eCommerce platforms, and ecosystem partners, and driving meaningful product adoption and revenue growth.</p> <p>This role combines product leadership, commercial ownership, and ecosystem strategy. You will operate as a domain GM, defining the strategy, tailoring the product experience, aligning cross-functional execution, and ensuring we build a scalable and profitable solution.</p> <p>Being part of our team means working alongside smart and motivated colleagues who execute with urgency and high standards. We believe in end-to-end ownership, and in this role, you will have full accountability for turning the market segment into a growth engine for Riskified.<br><br></p> <h2><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Own the vision, strategy, and execution for Riskified’s SMB domain</li> <li>Define how Riskified’s core products should evolve to serve small and medium-sized merchants effectively</li> <li>Define success metrics and drive accountability for revenue growth, adoption, retention, and margin performance in the segment</li> <li>Lead a team of strong Product Managers&nbsp;</li> <li>Drive simplification of onboarding, integrations, pricing, packaging, and support models</li> <li>Partner with Engineering and Data Science to optimize models and risk thresholds for SMB characteristics</li> <li>Partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing to enable effective SMB positioning and messaging<br><br></li> </ul> <h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li>10+ years of experience as a leading Product Manager</li> <li>4+ years in leading a team of PMs with exceptional leadership&nbsp;</li> <li>4+ years experience managing data and algorithm-focused products</li> <li>Proven experience owning a business domain with revenue accountability</li> <li>Strong understanding of eCommerce, payments, fintech ecosystems, and channel distribution models</li> <li>Experience building or scaling products for SMB customers, including self-serve or product-led growth models</li> <li>Great interpersonal and presentation skills</li> <li>Experience in SaaS companies in a B2B setting<br><br></li> </ul> <h2><strong>Life at Riskified</strong></h2> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We are a fast-growing and dynamic tech company with 750+ team members globally.
