This role is integral to delivering the Hennion &amp; Walsh Experience by building strong client relationships and ensuring a high level of service and support.</p> <p>Working closely with advisors and internal specialists, the Wealth Relationship Manager helps coordinate client communications, supports investment discussions, and plays an important role in delivering an exceptional client experience.</p> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing responsive and professional support</li> <li>Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication</li> <li>Assist advisors with Second Opinion Reviews, client meetings, and follow-up communications</li> <li>Support account onboarding, transfers, and ongoing account servicing</li> <li>Respond to client inquiries regarding accounts, investments, and firm services</li> <li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient and seamless client service&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Series 6 and Series 63 licenses required</li> <li>Series 7 and Series 65/66 preferred</li> <li>5+ years of experience in financial services or client relationship management</li> <li>Strong communication and relationship management skills</li> <li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li> <li>A client-first mindset and commitment to exceptional service</li> <li>Be a team player, coachable, collaborative, and a doer</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office &amp; Outlook</li> </ul> <h3>Why Join Hennion &amp; Walsh</h3> <ul> <li>Join a well-established and growing independent wealth management firm</li> <li>Work in a collaborative, team-based environment focused on client success</li> <li>Opportunity for career growth within the wealth management industry</li> <li>Competitive compensation and benefits package</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>If you are a motivated financial services professional who values teamwork, client relationships, and thoughtful financial guidance, we invite you to become part of the Hennion &amp; Walsh Experience.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The base salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year, plus variable compensation.&nbsp; Please note this role requires in-person attendance.</p> <p>Placement in the range will vary based on performance throughout the training period.</p> <p>Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the position includes variable compensation and benefits including health benefits and 401(k) plan.</p> </div> </article>
