<p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Mid-Market Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and scale our Mid-Market Account Executive team in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. This is a high-impact role where you will shape the Mid-Market sales strategy, drive consistent revenue growth, and foster a culture of performance, accountability, and collaboration. This role is based in our The Hague office.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Owns the Mid-Market sales strategy, including segmentation, forecasting, pipeline generation and management, and territory planning.</li> <li>Sets performance goals and KPIs, and regularly tracks team progress, offering coaching and support as needed.</li> <li>Has an entrepreneurial mindset – you enjoy problem-solving and view change as an opportunity</li> <li>Has commitment to overachievement - quitting is not in your dictionary</li> <li>Collaborates with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Channel Sales, and Product teams to ensure alignment and feedback loops.</li> <li>Drive consistency in sales process, use of tools and sales methodologies.</li> <li>Hire, onboard, and ramp new sales talent to build a strong bench of future sales leaders.</li> <li>Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to senior and executive leadership on pipeline and revenue.</li> <li>Act as a coach when needed, joining strategic deals and removing roadblocks for your team.</li> <li>Act as a role model to live and breathe the values of the company and to contribute to long-term company goals that go beyond your scope.</li> </ul> <p><strong>The ideal candidate has</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 5+ years of proven experience leading and scaling high-performing B2B SaaS sales teams, ideally in the Mid-Market segment (1000+ employees).</li> <li>Experience in leading a consultative sales process in complex SaaS environment</li> <li>Strong understanding of sales strategy, forecasting, and pipeline management and pipeline generation.</li> <li>Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.</li> <li>Excellent coaching, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.</li> <li>Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies and CRM best practices</li> <li>Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Partners, and Customer Success.</li> <li>Strategic thinker with strong analytical and operational execution skills.</li> <li>Strong communication skills in written, verbal, and PowerPoint forms</li> <li>Fluent in Dutch and English</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Benefits we offer</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive market-based compensation</li> <li>Career progression and internal mobility opportunities</li> <li>EUR 1.000,00/Year towards our Tuition Reimbursement Program </li> <li>Employee Referral Program </li> <li>Corporate Donation Matching Program</li> <li>Company sponsored events / regular team building events&nbsp;</li> <li>30 PTO/Year, plus all public holidays and access to AvePoint holidays!</li> <li>Flexible Public Holiday Policy</li> <li>... and much more!&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>AvePoint is proud to employ talent from many different backgrounds, experiences, and identities.
