<p><span data-contrast="auto">The People Operations Administrator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day People & Culture operations with a strong focus on employee support, coordination, and administrative execution. This role serves as a front-line resource for employee inquiries, ensures timely handling of employment verification requests, and partners closely with Business Unit leadership to coordinate meetings, events, and organizational initiatives.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">This is a </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">h</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">ybrid role based out of our Tysons HQ, requiring a minimum of 2–3 days per week onsite. The position reports to a Senior Manager, People & Cultur</span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">e</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> and provides direct support to the </span><span data-contrast="auto">VP, People & Culture and to the Senior Manager</span><span data-contrast="auto">, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>
