font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-start="948" data-end="1069"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Build strong client relationships and provide responsive, courteous support via phone, email, text, and client portals.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-start="1070" data-end="1189"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Manage account documentation, onboarding tasks, and related data gathering for multiple U.S. and Canadian custodians.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-start="1190" data-end="1282"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Handle cashiering and transactional requests including transfers, wires, EFTs, and checks.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-start="1283" data-end="1377"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Answer inquiries from clients and internal team members in a timely and professional manner.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-start="1378" data-end="1450"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Train clients on how to use portals, systems, and other digital tools.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-start="1451" data-end="1561"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Maintain and adhere to client-related compliance policies and procedures that support investment strategies.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-start="1562" data-end="1641"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Coordinate the collection of tax-related documents to support client filings.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-start="1642" data-end="1733"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Serve as the primary liaison with custodians to resolve account and transactional issues.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Acute attention to detail and strong organizational/time management skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-start="2327" data-end="2379"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-start="2380" data-end="2479"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Relationship-building skills and comfort partnering with clients, custodians, and internal teams.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-start="2480" data-end="2549"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">A solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-start="2550" data-end="2671"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with NetRep, Dataphile, and NetX360 is advantageous.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $60,000-$70,000.&nbsp; Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set.&nbsp;
