<p><strong>Application Support Analyst</strong></p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monitor Production Systems: Continuously monitor the health and performance of production applications using monitoring tools and dashboards.</li> <li>Incident Management: Respond to and resolve application incidents, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
