You'll anticipate challenges before they emerge, communicate with precision, and create the invisible infrastructure that allows excellent project delivery—all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity.</p> <h1>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES</h1> <p><em>(But are </em><em>not limited to)</em></p> <ul> <li>Conduct comprehensive sanity checks on project briefs and deliverables</li> <li>Coordinate information gathering across internal teams and external partners</li> <li>Develop and maintain detailed project documentation and tracking systems</li> <li>Monitor project timelines and proactively identify potential delays or risks</li> <li>Create and distribute regular status updates to project teams</li> <li>Support budget tracking and expense documentation</li> <li>Facilitate smooth project handovers and transitions</li> </ul> <h1>SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE</h1> <ul> <li>2-3 years of professional project coordination experience</li> <li>Basic understanding of digital product development processes</li> <li>Proven track record of managing complex project requirements</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred (Excel, PowerPoint)</li> <li>Experienced user of collaboration tools (Asana, Trello, or equivalent)</li> <li>Strong digital documentation and reporting capabilities</li> </ul> <p><strong>EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)</li> <li>Relevant certifications in project management are a plus</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments</li> <li>Adaptable and solution-oriented approach to challenges</li> <li>Commitment to continuous learning and professional development</li> <li>Strong ethical standards and confidentiality awareness</li> </ul> <p><strong>SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES</strong></p> <p>Pleasant personality with a "can-do" attitude and be a good team player.
