<p>To reinvent an industry, you have to build the best team. <strong>Join Formlabs</strong> if you want to bring ground-breaking professional 3D printers to the desktop of every designer, engineer, researcher, manufacturer and artist in the world.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The Job:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive the quality influence and develop the quality system in the early stages of NPI, e.g. EVT, where the customized APQP qualification process should be applied</li> <li>Drive the definition, implementation, and execution of quality plans for new and existing 3D printing hardware product.</li> <li>Work closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product Management, Operations) to ensure seamless product development and launch.</li> <li>Collaborate with manufacturing partners (CM/JDM) to establish quality control processes and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the supply chain</li> <li>Develop the sub-tier suppliers qualification process</li> <li>Analyze data, lead DOE, identify root causes of failures, and drive corrective actions with engineering, manufacturing, and CM/JDMs.</li> <li>Lead failure analysis investigations and implement robust corrective and preventive actions (SCAR).</li> <li>Lead the development and improvement of quality management systems and processes from scratch.</li> <li>Champion quality throughout the organization and foster a culture of continuous improvement.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>You:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field). Overseas degree is a big plus</li> <li>8+ years of experience in hardware quality engineering, preferably in consumer electronics, robotics, or a related industry. Experience with complex electromechanical systems is highly desirable.</li> <li>Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data interpretation, and problem-solving techniques.
