This position is responsible for managing the enrollment and onboarding process for entities engaging in electronic transactions between Office Ally’s Clearinghouse and payer and trading partner organizations. This role involves coordinating the setup, validation, and maintenance of electronic data interchange (EDI) requests and approvals with various stakeholders (including customers) ensuring compliance with industry standards and the Office Ally enrollment process by performing the following duties.  What You’ll Do  Enrollment Process Management<span <ul> <li>Oversee and manage the enrollment process for new and existing customers wishing to engage in electronic transactions with Office Ally, ensuring that timely and accurate EDI payer/Clearinghouse is completed.  </li> <li>Work directly with customers to complete and submit the appropriate information to be approved to send and receive electronic transactions through Office received by Office Ally, where applicable.  </li> <li>Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate and manage the onboarding and enrollment process. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Serve as a primary point of contact for specific Enterprise clients throughout the enrollment lifecycle, participating in prospect calls, leading enrollment kickoff meetings, and setting clear expectations for timelines and requirements. </li> <li>Manage ongoing client engagement through regular meetings and email communication, providing status updates, addressing questions, and ensuring alignment across all phases of enrollment.  </li> <li>Resolve complex or escalated enrollment scenarios by partnering with internal teams and providing strategic guidance to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience. </li> </ul> What You’ll Need  <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED </li> <li>3+ years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience working in enrollment management or a related field    </li> <li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple enrollment processes simultaneously </li> <li>Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders </li> <li>Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for enrollment and EDI management </li> <li>Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot enrollment issues and provide efficient solutions. </li> <li>Proficiency in understanding Enrollment processes for EDI
