IGC is seeking an experienced and driven individual for our server position. We’re looking for someone who is a service focused multi-tasker, with strong guest service skills, who is committed to providing a high-quality dining experience to our customers.</p> <p><strong>Server Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Interact with customers by taking their orders, make recommendations, provide them with accurate bills, serve them food and drinks, process payments, and supply them with whatever they need in a timely manner.</li> <li>Handle multiple tables and tasks in an efficient manner.</li> <li>Communicate orders clearly with the bar staff and kitchen.</li> <li>Assist with opening and closing duties, such as preparing ingredients and restocking items, such as straws, napkins, etc.</li> <li>Check identification to ensure customers are the proper age to purchase alcoholic beverages.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Server Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li> <li>1+ years of experience in serving.</li> <li>Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy trays.</li> <li>A friendly, attentive attitude.</li> <li>Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food.</li> <li>Must be the minimum age to serve alcohol.</li> <li>A passion for providing customers with high-quality service.</li> <li>Compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws.</li> <li>Willingness to work at peak hours, which may include evenings, holidays, and weekends.</li> </ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Medical/Dental/Vision insurance</li> <li>No Cost Teladoc Services (Mental Health Counseling/Dermatology/PT)</li> <li>Paid time off</li> <li>Employee discount</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><br><br></p>
