COMP360 has Breakthrough Therapy designation from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and has received Innovative Licensing and Access Pathway (ILAP) designation in the UK for treatment-resistant depression (TRD) due to the pressing unmet need in this area. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Job overview:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Director, HCP Marketing leads the development and execution of HCP marketing strategies for COMP360, inclusive of personal promotion (field support) and non-personal promotion (digital/media).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This role is responsible for shaping and executing an integrated HCP engagement strategy across both personal promotion and non-personal promotion). The Director will play a critical role in preparing the organization for commercialization, ensuring that promotional strategies are insight-driven, compliant, and aligned with launch objectives.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This individual will partner closely with Commercial Operations, Sales Leadership, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Corporate Communications, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Legal to deliver coordinated go-to-market initiatives that drives HCP awareness. Additionally, this role will directly manage and develop one team member.</span></p>

<p><strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Roles and responsibilities </span></strong><br><span style="font-size: 14pt;">(Include but are not limited to):</span> </p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead the development and implementation of HCP marketing strategies for COMP360, focusing on core field materials and developing a comprehensive digital/media plan</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Participate in market research, analyze trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic planning and tactical execution</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Own the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and tools that educate stakeholders on COMP360's value proposition while ensuring regulatory compliance</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with Sales, Market Access, and Patient Engagement teams to develop integrated go-to-market plans, including HCP education and patient support programs</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Drive cross-functional alignment on marketing initiatives, fostering innovation in mental health care delivery</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, promoting Compass's culture of compassion, boldness, inclusion, and rigour</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Candidate Profile:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">10+ years of marketing experience in biotech/pharma, with proven leadership in CNS or specialty therapeutics; launch experience a plus</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong understanding of US healthcare dynamics, payer environment, and regulatory requirements for investigational products</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Expertise in market research, brand strategy, omnichannel marketing, and analytics tools</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and project management skills</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Mission-driven leader passionate about mental health innovation and Compass's values</span></li>

<p><span style="font-size: 16px;">Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.</span></p>
