As a <strong>Transaction Advisory Supervisor,</strong> you'll work alongside a collaborative team of professionals, supporting buy-side and sell-side transactions through financial due diligence and meaningful business insights. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients, gain exposure to a variety of industries, and develop expertise in a fast-paced environment where no two engagements are alike.</div> <p><strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134245418":true,"134245529":true,"201341983":0,"335559738":240,"335559739":120,"335559740":240}"><span class="TextRun SCXW232047703 BCX0" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW232047703 BCX0">Duties & Responsibilities:</span></span></span></strong></p> <div> <ul> <li>Lead day-to-day execution of financial due diligence engagements across multiple clients and industries.</li> <li>Financial due diligence including drafting quality of earnings deliverables including: <ul> <li>Analyze historical income statements and balance sheets to calculate, support, and propose adjustments to EBITDA, uncovering non-recurring expenses, pro-forma items, and operational shifts.</li> <li>Analyze monthly net working capital patterns, compute seasonality baselines and isolate normalization adjustments.</li> <li>Revenue recognition analysis</li> <li>Cash proof analysis</li> <li>Calculate cash to accrual conversions and other adjustments to align with GAAP</li> </ul> </li> <li> <div>Review workpapers, analyses, and deliverables prepared by associates and seniors to ensure accuracy and quality.</div> </li> <li> <div>Coordinate and manage engagement timelines, deliverables, and client communications.</div> </li> <li> <div>Assist in the importation and formatting of large data sets</div> </li> <li> <div>Manage data request list and data room for due diligence engagements</div> </li> <li>Attend networking events</li> <li> <div>Assist leadership in evaluating complex accounting, financial reporting, and transaction-related matters.</div> </li> </ul> </div> <p><strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134245418":true,"134245529":true,"201341983":0,"335559738":240,"335559739":120,"335559740":240}">Education & Experience: </span></strong></p> <ul> <li> <div>3-5+ years of public accounting experience, including 2+ years of dedicated transaction advisory or financial due diligence experience.</div> </li> <li> <div>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required, with demonstrated technical accounting and financial analysis experience.</div> </li> <li> <div>Prior experience leading workstreams or supervising staff on due diligence engagements.</div> </li> <li> <div>Demonstrated experience preparing and reviewing Quality of Earnings analyses and reports.</div> </li> <li> <div>Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis.</div> </li> <li> <div>Experience working directly with private equity firms, strategic buyers, lenders, and business owners preferred.</div> </li> <li> <div>Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and competing deadlines simultaneously.</div> </li> <li> <div>CPA license or active progress toward CPA certification strongly preferred.</div> </li> <li> <div>Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing junior professionals preferred.</div> </li> <li> <div>Demonstrated project management and client relationship management skills.</div> </li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134245418":true,"134245529":true,"201341983":0,"335559738":240,"335559739":120,"335559740":240}"><span data-teams="true">#LI - hybrid</span></span></p>
