Coordinate the return of over shipments or receipt of wrong items and assure correct supplies are shipped and received.&nbsp; Address and communicate items that are backordered.&nbsp; Distribute special orders as they are received in a timely manner to appropriate staff or requester.&nbsp; Reconcile invoices discrepancies.&nbsp; Maintain inventory levels for all medical, office and gas supplies at the community.&nbsp; Maintain stock levels and organize each floor stocking location. Keep scanner for supplies charged.&nbsp; Manage the return of all rental equipment.&nbsp; Maintain and organize Central Supply room, keeping stock in a consistent and orderly manner as to permit nurse management to easily find stock.&nbsp; Stock and clean Bethesda owned equipment such as wheelchairs, trapeze, walkers, and any special equipment used in the clinical operations at the community.&nbsp; Update tracking systems for special items such as PPE.&nbsp; May be assigned other duties as appropriate.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>High School diploma or GED</li> <li>One year inventory and/or purchasing of medical supplies</li> <li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and basic internet skills</li> <li>Tracking inventory levels</li> <li>Strong customer service skills</li> <li>Must be able to lift up to 50lbs</li> </ul> </div> <div><strong>Pay range</strong>: $15.30 - $22.95 per hour</div> <div>Category: Purchasing</div>
