You Will: <ul> <li>Plan and Operate Tandem Press line for precision manufacturing of Stamping parts. </li> <li>Select and configure proper Production schedule as per plan. </li> <li>Ability to utilize Siemens HMI screens to perform diagnostics and resolve machine faults. </li> <li>Lead/execute automatic Tandem Line and setting up the die sets on line for new jobs. </li> <li>Set up and monitor machine performance to ensure quality and productivity. </li> <li>Identify and report defective materials or operational issues to the supervisor. </li> <li>Lead to continuous improvement efforts by identifying potential process improvements. </li> <li>Lead/collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines. </li> <li>Ability to troubleshoot Tandem lines throughout the plant </li> <li>Experience working with Aluminum sheet metal and class-A surface parts for stamping parts </li> <li>Willingness to assist in ensuring 6-S standards of housekeeping are maintained in Tandem Line area </li> <li>Assists in ensuring safety standards and compliance with work rules are consistently followed throughout Tandem line </li> <li>Report safety issues immediately to direct report </li> <li>Report on production output, efficiency, scrap rates, and other key performance indicators to shop management. </li> <li>Train and support the team members to develop their operational skills </li> <li>Suggest and implement continuous improvement initiatives</li> </ul> You Bring: <ul> <li>Knowledge of safety and maintenance practices.</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.</li> <li>Detail-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Basic computer proficiency.</li> <li>Technical associate degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics).</li> <li>2–4 years of stamping experience (preferably laser blanking).</li> <li>Experience with Tandem Press setup and operation.</li> </ul>   <div> </div><div class="content-conclusion"><div> Compensation & Benefits: Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive <a id="menur13jl" class="fui-Link ___1q1shib f2hkw1w f3rmtva f1ewtqcl fyind8e f1k6fduh f1w7gpdv fk6fouc fjoy568 figsok6 f1s184ao f1mk8lai fnbmjn9 f1o700av f13mvf36 f1cmlufx f9n3di6 f1ids18y f1tx3yz7 f1deo86v f1eh06m1 f1iescvh fhgqx19 f1olyrje f1p93eir f1nev41a f1h8hb77 f1lqvz6u f10aw75t fsle3fq f17ae5zn" href="https://mylucidbenefits.com/" target="_blank">benefits package</a> including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; and a 401(k) retirement plan.
