Take a break from your everyday life and get those dopamine levels up! <h4>About the Role:</h4> As a Sales Executive for Dopamine Land Dubai, you will be part of the team driving the B2B area focused on special events, group bookings, and private experiences. You’ll manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities, handle customer calls, close deals for birthday celebrations and corporate or private events, and support the reporting and analysis of customer feedback.This role is ideal for a proactive, customer-oriented individual who enjoys relationship building, has a commercial mindset, and is comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Manage B2B sales inquiries (both inbound and outbound) for Dopamine Land Dubai.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Handle customer calls and emails, from first contact to booking confirmation.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Close deals for group visits, birthday celebrations, and privatizations.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Provide personalized customer care, ensuring every interaction reflects Fever’s high service standards.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Collect and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and share insights with management.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Support reporting processes and help structure key performance metrics for the Fever for Business channel.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align communication and optimize visitor satisfaction.</li> </ul> <h4>About You: </h4> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">2-3 years experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles, ideally in hospitality, events, or entertainment.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal in English. Arabic is a plus.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Good analytical ability to interpret customer data and feedback.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Comfort managing multiple priorities and adapting to fast-changing scenarios.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency with CRM software and productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).</li> </ul> This position is hybrid with an in-person presence expected.<div class="content-conclusion">Thank you for considering joining Fever.
