4 years of experience in US GAAP Revenue Accounting</li> <li>In depth knowledge of ASC 606 concepts</li> <li>Hands-on experience working on revenue assurance (preferably for an IT / ITES company) in a US public company SOX environment</li> <li>Engage in objective analysis of ongoing and prospective contractual documentation contracts with the customers and their implication for the Company’s revenues</li> <li>Assist in facilitating the automation of current processes</li> <li>Maintain / update summary listing of accounting issues, work with management to summarize key issues and exposure items, and clearly articulate summaries and positions taken</li> <li>Work closely with the external auditors to coordinate audits and reviews</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Skillset:</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <ol> <li>CA / CPA with experience working with corporate accounting teams of (preferably) US tech companies</li> <li>Big-4 experience preferred or worked with Big-4 as auditors</li> <li>Knowledge of working in SOX environment</li> <li>Expertise in reading legal documents and interpreting those and the ability to summarize in a comprehensive way</li> <li>Problem solving attitude – handled special projects in previous jobs -
