The Cape is where it all comes together—offering unmatched exposure to the full lifecycle of flight hardware and launch operations.&nbsp;This team is responsible for executing first flights, enabling reuse, and scaling toward high-cadence launch operations. The work evolves with every milestone, requiring adaptability, strong collaboration, and a commitment to building and maintaining quality in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Provide quality oversight for Test and Launch operations, including in-process build verification, issue ticket management, as-built verification, and non-conformance management</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Plan and execute quality activities through work instruction reviews, process development, corrective action plans, and standard rework/repair documentation</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Support and contribute to the AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS), partnering with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and improve quality policies and procedures</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Collaborate closely with Launch, Test, Manufacturing, and Responsible Engineering teams to ensure alignment on quality and program objectives</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Demonstrated knowledge of engineering principles and problem-solving methodologies</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience working in cross-functional environments and managing competing priorities to meet deadlines</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;
