<h2><strong>Engineering Tech Lead</strong></h2> <h3><strong>About Unframe</strong>Unframe is an AI-first startup helping the world’s largest enterprises bring LLM-powered applications to life in days - not months.</h3> <p>We combine the speed of a product company with the flexibility of a consultancy, helping Fortune 500 companies move from idea to production faster than anyone else in the market.</p> <p>Backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners with $100M in Series B funding, we’re building a fast-growing, revenue-generating company working with some of the biggest enterprises in the world.</p> <h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3> <p>We’re looking for an Engineering Tech Lead to help drive some of the most strategic technical initiatives at Unframe.&nbsp;This is not a traditional Tech Lead role.&nbsp;We’re looking for someone who is deeply technical and highly hands-on, but also knows how to think strategically, lead architecture decisions, and represent the company in front of enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.&nbsp;You’ll work across multiple teams and domains, partnering closely with Platform, Product, and Engineering teams to design and deliver AI-powered enterprise solutions at scale.&nbsp;One moment you might be deep in architecture or code, and the next you’ll be in a room with customer executives helping guide critical technical decisions. We work on site from our offices in Tel Aviv.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Lead architecture and technical direction for strategic enterprise AI initiatives</li> <li>Work directly with some of the world’s largest enterprises to design and deliver scalable AI-powered solutions</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally with Platform, Product, and Engineering teams across the company</li> <li>Stay deeply hands-on with the code and engineering teams</li> <li>Drive complex technical decisions across scalability, reliability, performance, and system design</li> <li>Help customers solve real production challenges and build long-term technical trust</li> <li>Design versatile enterprise-grade solutions across different customer environments and use cases</li> <li>Influence engineering standards, architecture practices, and long-term technical direction</li> <li>Operate in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment where execution speed matters</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3> <ul> <li>7+ years of software engineering experience</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks</li> <li>Deep experience designing scalable production systems and distributed architectures</li> <li>Strong architectural thinking combined with a builder mentality</li> <li>Experience working with enterprise customers or large-scale deployments</li> <li>Experience building AI/LLM-powered products or platforms</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical conversations with both engineers and executives</li> <li>High ownership mentality and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments</li> <li>Someone equally comfortable writing code, designing systems, and speaking with customers</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></h3> <p>This is a rare opportunity to operate at the intersection of engineering, architecture, AI, product, and customer strategy inside a fast-growing AI company.
