By refusing to settle, you can help redefine what’s possible and shape the future of mobility.</span></p></div><p>The QMS & GRC Engineer is in charge of leading the development and deployment of Lucid AMP2 Quality Management<br>System as per ISO 9001 requirements as well as automotive best practices. Work closely<br>with cross-functional team members to build and improve the Quality Management<br>System. Working closely with homologation to collect, review, communicate and track<br>deployment of regulatory requirements cross-functionally, checking their proper<br>implementation within manufacturing operations.</p>
<p>You will :</p>
<ul>
<li>Establish and implement Quality Management System [QMS] following ISO 9001<br>requirements and Lucid Production System.</li>
<li>Ensure Involvement and cascading of the QMS at plant level and involving all<br>concerned and Interested parties.</li>
<li>Admin the Qualtrics system to ensure full documents control loop.</li>
<li>Edit, review and publish QMS relevant controlled documents in coordination with<br>cross-functional leaders.</li>
<li>Maintain the QMS system updated as per change management process and<br>continuous improvement approach including Best Practices and Lessons Learned.</li>
<li>Conduct training and coaching of all team members about QMS to enhance Quality<br>mindset.</li>
<li>Support Quality Management reviews and track improvement opportunities.</li>
<li>Ensure full interface with third party certification bodies.</li>
<li>Plan and execute ISO 9001 initial certification audit and follow-up certification cycle<br>audits.</li>
<li>Develop Internal and external audits planning and ensure smooth execution.</li>
<li>Establish and track Implementation of actions plan for Internal and external audits.</li>
<li>Ensure the Lucid AMP2 Internal Lead Auditor role.</li>
<li>Establish list of Internal auditors and ensure their training, qualification and coaching.</li>
<li>Establish Layered Process Audits planning and ensure Its execution.</li>
<li>Develop and track QMS dashboard and monitor its performance.</li>
<li>Consolidate QMS Processes performance and improvement opportunities.</li>
<li>Plan, prepare and ensure the execution of the CoP Audit (Conformity of Production).</li>
<li>Track the homologation status.</li>
<li>Establish Training plan for Quality team and track Its execution.</li>
<li>Collect, review, communicate and track deployment of regulatory requirements to<br>ensure manufacturing processes comply with regulation of markets where Lucid is<br>implemented as well as future markets.</li>
<li>Work closely with homologation team to ensure conformity of vehicles and<br>manufacturing processes to applicable regulatory requirements (CoP, SASO, DMV,<br>NHTSA, GSO…).</li>
<li>Conduct GRC conformity audits on both processes and products and track<br>implementation of corrective and preventive actions.</li>
<li>Deploy Conformity of Production (CoP) requirements and lead CoP certification audit.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (MS-Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and<br>Outlook).</li>
<li>Creative, energetic, self-motivated, and highly organized..</li>
<li>Ability to work in fast-paced and changing environment and scalable organization.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal skills as well as organizational</li>
<li>Project management capabilities are a plus.</li>
<li>Presentation and communication skills are a must.</li>
<li>Ability to coach and train at different levels of the manufacturing organization.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of ISO 9001 implementation and certification requirements.</li>
<li>Knowledge of process mapping, SIPOC methodology, process performance<br>management, and risk assessment techniques.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Conformity of Production (CoP) requirements is a plus.</li>
<li>Knowledge of dashboard development, data analysis, and performance reporting, with<br>the ability to develop and maintain KPIs, metrics, and management reports is a plus.</li>
</ul>
<p>You Bring : </p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering industrial/Quality/Manufacturing. Master’s degree is<br>preferred.</li>
<li>Implementing Quality systems in a greenfield plant is a plus.</li>
<li>ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 internal Auditor qualification is a must.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in manufacturing organizations is a must</li>
<li>Experience with implementing, facilitating, or participating in the ISO 9001:2015<br>and/or IATF 16949.</li>
<li>Experience with Conformity of Production Audit (CoP).</li>
<li>ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 internal auditor qualification is a must.</li>
<li>Knowledge of CoP (Conformity of Production) requirements is a plus.</li>
<li>Knowledge of dashboard development, data analysis, and performance reporting, with<br>the ability to develop and maintain KPIs, metrics, and management reports is a plus.</li>
<li>Knowledge of process mapping, SIPOC methodology, process performance<br>management, and risk assessment techniques.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with QMS and document control platforms (e.g., Qualtrax),<br>including document lifecycle management, workflow configuration, revision control,<br>change management, training assignments, and compliance tracking is a must.</li>
