Join us in transforming the way the world parks.</p></div><p><strong>Join Our Flash Team as a Senior Staff Accountant!</strong></p> <p>FLASH is seeking to bring on an eager, dedicated Senior Staff Accountant to support the Controller during financial close and to carry out reconciliations for our key GL accounts.</p> <p><strong>Location: </strong>Austin office; Hybrid – 3 days in the office</p> <p><strong>Travel:</strong> 0%</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>&nbsp;Responsible for preparing various journal entries for any assigned ledger accounts for the monthly close</li> <li>Performing regular account analysis and monthly reconciliation</li> <li>&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist in month-end activities by performing variance analyses</li> <li>Assessing internal controls, including risk assessments and review of risk areas</li> <li>&nbsp;Process intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and adjustment entries during period end and ensure accuracy of the financial records</li> <li>Liaise with the auditors and provide documentation and information, as needed</li> <li>&nbsp;Assist in integration projects of the newly acquired (if any) companies into our ERP systems</li> <li>&nbsp;Ad hoc projects</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;<strong>What You Bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Able to demonstrate strong critical thinking in a fast-paced, high-growth environment&nbsp;</li> <li>General understanding of GAAP</li> <li>Able to independently analyze financial records and be a clear communicator to the team</li> <li>Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, v-lookup formulas</li> <li>Self-motivation and desire to continually improve efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of processes.</li> <li>Knowledgeable in Netsuite or a similar ERP is a plus</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Intellectual curiosity &amp; problem-solving skills a must</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.&nbsp; CPA enrollment or designation will be&nbsp;</li> <li>Minimum 3 years of public accounting experience and/or private company experience</li> <li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, v-lookup formulas</li> </ul> <p><strong>Salary:</strong></p> <p>Salary: $95,000.00 - $112,000.00</p> <p>*Final salary will be determined based on the candidate's skills and experience level.</p> <p>&nbsp;<strong>Competitive Rewards Package includes:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance</li> <li>401(k) with company match</li> <li>Paid time off and flexible work environment</li> <li>Opportunities for professional growth and development</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Flash is committed to working with the broadest talent pool possible.
