About the Role

<p><strong>Crossroads Health</strong>, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with facilities located in Mentor, Painesville, and Cleveland, serves Northeast Ohio communities with comprehensive behavioral and primary integrated healthcare, early childhood services, extended housing and recovery services—no matter one’s ability to pay. Our mission is to provide hope, healing, and healthcare to everyone.</p> <p>The Director of Training and Staff Enrichment for Integrated Care is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance the competencies of staff across disciplines involved in integrated care delivery and for the organization. This role supports organizational goals related to quality improvement, clinical excellence and workforce development by ensuring staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver coordinated, person-centered care. Additionally, this position will be responsible for Crossroads Health Internship program and will work collaboratively with clinical and Human Resources to ensure the onboarding and ongoing training needs for interns. This role will cultivate relationships with institutions of higher learning to support ongoing opportunities for learning, research,&nbsp;funding and more.</p> <p class="Default"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;"><strong>More specifically this person will be responsible for</strong>:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Design and deliver training curricula focused on integrated care models, behavioral health, primary care coordination and social determinants of health.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to identify training needs, develop training plans and implement learning solutions.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Facilitate onboarding and continuing education for clinical and non-clinical staff. Provide coaching and support to teams implementing integrated care practices.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Oversee internship programs and support clinical leadership in the supervision and monitoring of interns.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Position Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree in a Human Services field</li> <li>5+ years' clinical experience working with youth and adults</li> <li>1+ years' experience in supervising, training and presenting <em>(preferred)</em></li> <li>Licensed in the State of Ohio with LPCC-S, LISW-S, IMFT-S</li> <li>Valid Driver’s License</li> </ul> <p>Our organization is committed to equal employment opportunity.
