You’ll serve as the <strong data-start="1573" data-end="1604">first voice a patient hears</strong>, managing phone conversations with empathy and urgency while verifying insurance, overcoming objections, and securing appointments across our 60+ clinics. As a <strong>Patient Intake Coordinator</strong>, your mission is to connect with prospective patients, bring clarity to their symptoms and treatment options, and confidently guide them to book a vein evaluation and ultrasound. You are the frontline driver of new patient growth, ensuring every interaction is patient-first, educational, and action-oriented.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Success in this role requires a&nbsp;<strong data-start="1794" data-end="1840">deep understanding of healthcare workflows</strong>, confidence navigating <strong data-start="1864" data-end="1886">insurance barriers</strong>, and <strong data-start="1892" data-end="1948">prior experience converting calls into booked visits</strong>.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">If you’ve worked in a medical practice, urgent care center, or dental front desk—and know how to guide patients, ask the right questions, and document accurately in EMRs—this is for you.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong data-start="132" data-end="151">Language Skills</strong></span><br data-start="151" data-end="154"><span style="font-size: 16px;">We are now accepting applications for bilingual, English / <strong>Spanish</strong> speaking candidates only.</span></p> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Compensation &amp; Schedule</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Base Pay:</strong> $25/hour</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>On-Target Earnings (OTE):</strong> $65,000–$75,000 annually (includes base + commission)</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Schedule:</strong> Full-time | Includes evenings and <strong>one weekend day</strong></span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Serve as the <strong>first point of contact</strong> for new patient leads</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proactively connect with patients via <strong>inbound and outbound phone calls</strong>, email, and text</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Build rapport, answer questions, and guide patients to <strong>book consultations</strong> at over 60 nationwide clinics</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Communicate insurance coverage and payment options clearly to minimize booking barriers</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Verify insurance, initiate authorization requests, and manage CRM/EMR documentation</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Troubleshoot patient concerns and tailor your messaging to improve <strong>conversion rates (CVR)</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handoff to clinical care</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Continuously refine your approach based on feedback and performance data</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What Success Looks Like</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Your performance will be measured by:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Activity &amp; Productivity:</strong> Maintain high engagement by making and taking up to 100 calls per day.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Appointment Booking:</strong> Consistently book 10 to 15 evaluations with an ultrasound (U/S) per day.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Conversion Performance:</strong> Achieve a 55%+ conversion rate on qualified calls.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong> Deliver a consistent, patient-first experience aligned with QA guidelines and document 100% of interactions accurately in CRM/EMR systems.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Speed and efficiency in response times and follow-up</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Patient satisfaction scores (NPS, direct feedback)</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Drive &amp; Resilience:</strong> A competitive work ethic and a "productivity mindset".
