<p>Performs administrative support duties, primarily for the sales department, while also supporting other departments at the dealership location.</p>

<p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Receive visitors and ensure they are directed to the proper parties within the dealership.</li>
<li>Process Customer Advance Deposits (CADs) for sales team as requested.</li>
<li>Contact customers to arrange service agreements and schedule deliveries.</li>
<li>Coordinate with vendors with to schedule work for the dealership location.</li>
<li>Maintain familiarity with the appropriate TRULAND Equipment resource to effectively direct customer or team member inquiries.</li>
<li>Route customer complaints to the appropriate department with a focus on customer satisfaction and customer retention.</li>
<li>Accurately and timely process daily cash balancing for the location and making deposits at the appropriate financial institution.</li>
<li>Assist location sales staff with equipment transfers.</li>
<li>Draft and produce standard correspondence, letters, and memoranda; prepare documents for distribution.</li>
<li>Provide administrative support to the location sales, parts, and service departments at the location.</li>
<li>Distribute mail and maintain dealership files.</li>
<li>Order office supplies and run local errands as needed.</li>
<li>Control and maintain proper paper flow in the administrative area.</li>
<li>Maintain a neat, clean, and professional administrative workspace.</li>
<li>Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.</li>
<li>Other appropriate responsibilities as assigned by the manager.</li>

<p><strong><u>Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge</u></strong><strong>:</strong><strong> </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li>
<li>Solid clerical expertise</li>
<li>General accounting knowledge</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills</li>
<li>Experience with Equip and other dealer business systems is a plus</li>
<li>Strong people and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office</li>
<li>Detail-oriented, professional attitude, and reliable</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task</li>
<li>Ability to operate basic office equipment</li>
<li>Willingness and ability to work weekends as scheduled</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license required</li>
<li>Driving record that meets Employer’s insurance company requirements</li>
